Rory Shepard

Rory Shepard has a diverse work experience that spans over 14 years. Currently, Rory serves as a VP at Bankwell, starting in January 2022. Prior to this role, Rory was a Senior Vice President at Goedecke & Co., LLC from August 2020 to January 2022. Before that, Rory worked as a Director at JLL from August 2019 to May 2020 and as a Director at HFF from June 2015 to August 2019. Rory gained experience as an Associate at LoanCore Capital, LLC from April 2013 to June 2015. Additionally, Rory also had a student position at the University of Florida from June 2010 to April 2011. Rory began their career as an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield from September 2008 to June 2010.

Rory Shepard attended the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance and Real Estate. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 2010 to 2011, completing a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) with a specialization in Real Estate Finance.
