Chris Williams has extensive experience in technical and operational management within the banking sector, particularly at Bankwest since May 2005. Key roles include Engineering Senior Manager overseeing payments systems, Engineering Manager for card systems, and Project Manager delivering significant projects in the Products and Marketing domain. Chris has also managed product portfolios, customer options teams, and contact center operations, demonstrating a strong focus on team leadership, project delivery, and service excellence. Previously, Chris held positions at AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand and Target Australia, where responsibilities included technology operations and customer service management. Chris holds a Diploma in Frontline Management and multiple certificates in Information Technology.
