Marcus Baudach

Marcus Baudach is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in credit strategy, models, and insights at Bankwest since February 2009. With a progressive career, Marcus has held various roles, including senior scrum master, scrum master chapter lead, and solutions development manager, demonstrating expertise in enterprise agility and team leadership. Previously, Marcus served as a senior consultant and consultant at maxence and began a consulting career at ESCO DV Consulting. Academic qualifications include studies at Bergische Universität Wuppertal and completion of the Abitur at Leibniz-Montessori-Gymnasium in Düsseldorf.
