Min X. has extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering management, currently serving as Crew Tech Lead at Bankwest since July 2004, where responsibilities encompass leading the Home Lending Crew and Credit Strategy models. Previous roles include establishing the Quality Practices Chapter during an agile transformation, managing teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle, and driving continuous improvements for automation testing. Min X. has held various leadership positions, overseeing teams of testers and engineers, and has been instrumental in implementing testing frameworks and practices across multiple projects. The career path also includes positions at Wavecom Solutions and Datang Telecom Group, focusing on software and hardware testing. Min X. holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
