Nivya Francis

Nivya Francis is a Senior Quality Engineer at Bankwest since July 2017, bringing extensive experience in manual and automated testing of web and Windows-based applications. Prior experience includes roles as a Test Analyst and Model Development Engineer at MedicalDirector and Primary Health Care Limited, respectively, where responsibilities included model creation and requirements verification. Nivya began a professional career as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies, gaining expertise in testing layer 2 and layer 3 networking protocols. A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering was obtained from the University of Calicut in 2010.
