Philippa Costanzo is an experienced banking professional with over a decade of leadership roles at Bankwest, where responsibilities have included General Manager positions in Payments, Fraud & Scams, Everyday Banking, and Digital, as well as a secondment as Tribe Lead for the Financial Wellbeing Tribe. Philippa has also served as Executive Manager for Consumer Finance and Online Channel, focusing on retail and business credit cards and personal loans, along with strategic management of third-party relationships and products. Prior experience includes managerial roles at St Andrew's Australia and Capitalis, with a strong foundation in product management and implementation. Philippa holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia.
