Phoebe Moore

Phoebe Moore is an experienced risk and governance professional currently serving as Senior Manager Operational Risk at Bankwest since April 2023 and as a Risk and Governance Committee Member at Diving WA since April 2024. Previously, Phoebe held roles at RAC WA as an Incident Lead Specialist and at Bankwest in various senior risk management positions, including Senior Manager Risk Advisory and Delivery. Phoebe's career in risk and audit began at Commonwealth Bank, where roles included Senior Audit Manager, and earlier at PwC as a Senior Accountant focused on the mining industry and financial services. Phoebe began professional life as a primary school teacher after earning a Bachelor of Education. Phoebe holds a Master's in Accounting from The University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
