Jonathan Geffre, LSI, EI, has extensive experience in civil engineering and surveying, currently serving as a Survey Technician at Banner Associates, Inc. since April 2017, where responsibilities include construction staking and topographic surveys. Prior experience includes roles as a Civil Engineering Intern with the City of Brookings, where communication between contractors and engineers was essential, and as a Customer Service Representative at Rental Depot. Jonathan also has academic experience as a Teaching Assistant at South Dakota State University, developing labs for surveying courses. Early in Jonathan's career, positions included Survey Technician Intern at Civil Design, Inc. and Eisenbraun and Associates, where fieldwork involved significant travel and hydrographic surveying of the Missouri River. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University and an Associate’s Degree in Land Surveying and Civil Engineering Technology from North Dakota State College of Science.
