Kevin Brady

Kevin Brady is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit analysis and portfolio management. Currently serving as a Homebuilder Finance Portfolio Manager and Vice President at Banner Bank since October 2021, Kevin specializes in conducting thorough project analyses for Acquisition, Development, and Construction (AD&C) of single-family real estate projects, underwriting complex credit memorandums for projects ranging from $1MM to $20MM. Prior to this role, Kevin gained valuable experience at Wells Fargo as a Credit Analyst 3, 2, and 1, where responsibilities included gathering and reviewing credit information for various credit requests. Additional experience includes credit analysis support at Sunwest Bank and a brief tenure at Albertsons Companies as a Retail Clerk. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Colorado State University Global, with graduation in May 2023.
