Rachel Haggerton

Rachel Haggerton currently serves as the CRE Loan Administration Director and Senior Vice President at Banner Bank, a position held since September 2018. Previously, Rachel was the Senior Vice President and National Services Manager at Key Bank Real Estate Capital, overseeing a team of 120 closing and servicing professionals across 17 states from October 1999 to June 2018. Rachel also held the role of Vice President and Regional Manager of Loan Closing and Administration at Bank of America from September 1985 to October 1999, where responsibilities included managing loan closers and ensuring the approval of complex closings and funding. Earlier in Rachel's career, experience was gained as a Program Assistant at King County Parks & Recreation, providing finance and accounting expertise. Rachel is an alumna of Highline College.
