Shannar Beaven

Shannar Beaven is an experienced auditor currently serving as Auditor II at Banner Bank since April 2023, previously holding the position of Internal Auditor at Mechanics Bank from August 2018 to April 2023. Prior to the auditing roles, Shannar worked at TEKsystems from June 2015 to July 2018 as an IT Account Manager and Technical Recruiter, where responsibilities included developing recruiting strategies and overseeing pre-employment steps for candidates. Earlier experience includes working at FOR ELYSE INC. as a Retail Sales Assistant and at Sky Zone Franchise Group as a Skyrobics Fitness Instructor and Party Coordinator. Shannar holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from California State University, Chico, and an Associate's degree in Psychology from Sierra College.
