Tracy Hamby currently serves as the VP & Commercial Loan Officer at Bank of Eastern Oregon, a position held since April 2019, where expertise in commercial and retail banking is applied to deliver tailored solutions for clients' business needs. Prior experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for Greater Eastern Oregon Development Company from 2001 to 2012 and holding roles as Retail Banking Manager and Commercial Relationship Manager at Banner Bank between 1996 and 2001, focusing on exceptional client service and funding solutions for small to mid-sized businesses, including farmers. Tracy Hamby earned a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Oregon State University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Blue Mountain Community College.
