Camp Staff

The Camp Staff at Banner Day Camp is responsible for providing campers with a safe, nurturing, and fun-filled summer experience. Counselors supervise and engage campers in activities, including sports, fine and performing arts, music, and adventure programming, while promoting skill development and confidence-building. Lifeguards ensure water safety during swim instruction, and bus drivers provide safe transportation to and from camp. Support roles, such as office staff and maintenance, ensure camp operations run smoothly. The team’s focus is to help each camper grow and develop self-confidence in a positive environment.
