Christopher Bevers has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Christopher began their career at Menards as an Assistant Department Manager, where they supervised sales team members, assisted with department meetings, and completed necessary reporting. In 2006, they transitioned to Banner Engineering and served as a Production Supervisor, overseeing up to seventy-five production employees and analyzing reports for production needs. Christopher then progressed to roles such as Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, and Global Procurement Manager, where they actively managed the procurement of various components and led teams of analysts and buyers. In their most recent position as the Senior Director of IT/OT at Banner Engineering, they directed multiple departments and successfully implemented new systems. Throughout their work experience, they demonstrated strong leadership, analytical skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.
