Matthew Runkle

Matthew Runkle is a seasoned supply chain executive with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Pei Wei since January 2018, Matthew previously held the position of Vice President of Supply Chain at Wild Wing Cafe from September 2014 to December 2017. Earlier in their career, Matthew was the Manager of Purchasing at Bojangles' Restaurants, Inc., and the Assistant Purchasing Director at Greensboro Country Club. Matthew Runkle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
