Dipak Korate has a diverse range of work experience in sales, marketing, and management roles. Dipak started their career in 1995 as a Service Incharge at Advani Oerlikon Ltd., where they were responsible for overseeing the service network, training engineers, and repairing machine PCBs. In 2001, they joined Automech India Pvt Ltd. as a Sales Manager, where they successfully boosted sales from 50 lacs to 85 cr and handled key accounts such as Reliance, Airtel, and Indea. In 2005, Dipak became a Regional Sales Manager at Birla Power Solution Ltd., where they were responsible for the Genset and Pump business in western Maharashtra and secured a significant order worth rupees 68 Cr. Dipak then joined M/s Waaree Instruments Ltd. in 2006 as a Sr. Regional Manager, overseeing the sales of process equipment and test benches and achieving tremendous growth for the Pune branch. Finally, Dipak joined Banner Engineering in 2008, initially as a Sr. Regional Manager and later promoted to Regional Sales Director with the additional responsibility of handling the pan level Automotive sector. Dipak has extensive experience in industrial automation and managing sales teams.
Dipak Korate completed their H.S.C at SFJV, PUNE from 1988 to 1990. Dipak then pursued a B.E in Electronics at K.B.P College of Engineering from 1990 to 1994. Afterward, they attended IBMR Business School to obtain a D.B.M in Business Development, which they achieved in January 1999. In addition to their formal education, Dipak also obtained a certification in Kevin Mitnick Security Awareness Training from Banner Engineering India Pvt Ltd in September 2022.
