Pablo Dominguez

Pablo Dominguez is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product management and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Banner Engineering since March 2019, Pablo oversees product development projects in the vision portfolio and security, contributing to significant revenue growth. Prior to this role, Pablo was a Product Manager at Motion, where responsibilities included managing product families and collaborating with stakeholders to define and validate product requirements. Earlier positions also include Field Services Engineer at Motion and internships at Lockheed Martin and Xerox. Pablo holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Louisville.
