Rick Griffin

Rick Griffin has been a key leader in the engineering and automation sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at Banner Engineering Canada since June 2017. Prior to this role, Rick Griffin worked as Area Sales Manager for Banner Engineering, starting in March 2013. Previous experience includes a Global Business Development Manager position at Molex, focusing on the Industrial Controls market, and a Product Marketing Manager role. Rick Griffin also developed business strategies for TIER Automotive at Chartwell Electronics and began a successful sales career covering Southwestern Ontario. Rick Griffin's educational background includes studies at the Canadian Institute of Management and Canadore College.
