Benjamin Fleming has extensive leadership experience across various sectors, currently serving as the Head Baseball Coach for Arizona Wolf Pack since September 2011 and holding multiple senior management roles at Banner Health since July 2015, including Sr. Manager of Facility Operations and Area Director of Facilities Operations. As a REALTOR with DPR Realty since December 2012, Benjamin has achieved accolades such as Top Producer, the Emerald Award, and membership in the Million Dollar Club. Prior experience includes directing campus enrollment processes and supervising a large team at the University of Phoenix from May 2003 to October 2012, as well as designing and implementing counseling programs at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America from August 1993 to January 2004. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
