Candice Vaughan Griffin

Candice Vaughan Griffin, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, serves as the Executive Director of Clinical Education and Professional Development at Banner Health, a position held since 2009, where previous roles included Sr. Director of Clinical Education and Clinical Education Director for Critical Care. With extensive experience in clinical education and professional practice, Candice has also worked as an examiner for the Southwest Alliance for Excellence from 2010 to 2013, and held various nursing positions at Banner Health, Massachusetts General Hospital, and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Nurse Leadership from Baylor University, a Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership from Grand Canyon University, and a BSN from Medical College of Virginia, VCU.
