Jean Fitterer Lance

Jean Fitterer Lance currently serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and General Counsel at Banner Health since February 2019. Prior to this role, Jean held various positions at Boston Scientific from October 1996 to October 2017, including Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel for Worldwide Businesses, Senior Vice President and Global Chief Compliance Officer, and Vice President and General Counsel for Cardiovascular. Jean Fitterer Lance earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Minnesota Law School (1983-1986) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato (1980-1983).
