Jen Brooks

Jen Brooks is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in value-based care and clinical performance. Currently serving as Vice President Administrative for Pop Health and Value Based Care Services Organization at Banner Health since February 2019, Jen also holds the title of Chief Value Performance Officer. Previous roles include Executive Director at Arizona Care Network and multiple leadership positions at Banner Health, focused on clinical performance engineering, quality management, and regulatory compliance. Jen's expertise in overseeing peer review support and quality improvement initiatives is supported by an MBA in Health Services Administration from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from Washburn University.
