Joseph Heinzman

Joseph Heinzman has extensive experience in healthcare IT, serving as IT Director and Senior IT Product Owner at Banner Health since March 1998. Responsibilities include leadership in the implementation and enhancement of system-wide products such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, and various enterprise applications. Joseph has overseen clinical applications for a 23 acute care hospital system in Arizona, managing teams and large-scale projects, as well as ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices. Prior to joining Banner Health, Joseph served in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and obtained LVN licensure in California. Educational background includes training from the US Navy Hospital Corp School and attendance at Southern California College.
