Krystal King

Krystal King is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relations and healthcare management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of HME Customer Relations at Banner Health since December 2021, Krystal has previously held multiple leadership roles at Apria Healthcare from April 2018 to December 2021, including General Manager and Patient Account Resolution Specialist. Prior experience includes positions at Yuma County Sheriff's Office, Best Buy, Yuma Regional Medical Center, Inland Physicians Billing Services, WR Systems, and the US Navy. Krystal holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University, along with a Diploma in Medical Billing and Coding from Summit Career College.
