Tracy Matthews is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Lead Recruiter at Banner Health since November 2016, Tracy has developed expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. Prior to this role, Tracy worked as a Staff Recruiter at NextCare Urgent Care from July 2012 to November 2016 and as a Travel Recruiter at Curastat Healthcare from July 2005 to July 2012.
