Joe Williams

Joe Williams currently serves as President of Banner Industries, where strategic operational and commercial initiatives are implemented to improve company performance. With a substantial history in leadership roles, Williams was previously Chief Operating Officer at Swagelok Northern California and played a key role as President of Products at Ultra Clean Technology, contributing to remarkable revenue growth from $900 million to over $1.7 billion. Other notable positions include President of Marchi Thermal Systems, Vice President of Business Development at Ultra Clean Technology, and Senior Vice President at Advanced Integration Technologies. Williams began a career in engineering as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Watkins-Johnson, following a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
