Alaina Pak

Alaina Pak is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law and research. Currently serving as an Associate at Banner Witcoff since October 2021, Alaina has progressed through various roles at the firm, including Law Clerk and Summer Associate. Alaina's experience also includes a Patent Pilot Program Externship at the U.S. District Courts and significant contributions as a Research Assistant focused on innovative classroom discussion measurement at The George Washington University, where a research proposal was accepted for an international conference. Alaina holds a Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering with a Minor in Electrical Engineering from The George Washington University.
