James Lindberg has over a decade of experience in various sales and account management roles. James is currently the Head of Sales at Banner Technologies, where they oversee the automation of processes related to cost tracking, invoice management, and reporting for real estate teams. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Sales at THRIVE LXP and as an Enterprise Account Executive at Learning Pool. At Learning Pool, they achieved significant sales success, including completing the largest sale in the company's history and selling over $5 million in total contract value. James also helped develop the "Land & Expand" model for enterprise account growth and trained the sales team on learning analytics. Before joining Learning Pool, James worked as an Account Executive at HT2 Labs, where they contributed to the development of technologies for solving educational and workplace learning problems. James began their career as a Senior Regional Account Executive at Boston Environmental, where they managed new business, account management, and implementation of technology solutions. James also has experience as the Director of Sales at HapYak Interactive Video and as the Founder of Forge Studio, a 3D scanning and printing start-up.

James Lindberg completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry from the University of New Hampshire from 2003 to 2007. James then went on to pursue an MBA from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 2011 to 2014.
