Mira Chamoun, Ph.D has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical research and scientific consulting. Mira is currently employed at Banook Group as a Study Manager. Prior to this, they worked at McGill University as a Clinical Trials Manager where they coordinated and supervised the Study Management Team, collaborated with the Principal Investigator (PI) to set targets for clinical monitoring staff, and ensured compliance with project goals. Mira Chamoun, Ph.D has an extensive education history in various fields. Mira began their academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Biochemistry from Saint Joseph University of Beirut in 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics at the same institution and successfully completed it in 2011.

In 2011, Mira Chamoun enrolled in the Université de Montréal to pursue their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree. Mira'sdoctoral research focused on Vision Sciences, Neurosciences, and Psychophysics, and they successfully defended their dissertation in 2016.

After completing their Ph.D, Mira Chamoun continued their academic pursuits by engaging in Postdoctoral Research Fellowships. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Université de Montréal. Following that, they joined McGill University as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow from 2017 to 2021.

Additionally, in 2016, they obtained a certification in "The Neuroscience of Learning" from LinkedIn.
