Rola Hamed has had a diverse range of work experiences. Rola started their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at McGill University Faculty of Science in 2016. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Researcher and Volunteer at Centre universitaire de santé McGill | McGill University Health Centre. In 2018, they transitioned into the role of a Clinical Research Coordinator at the same organization, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, they also worked at District 3 Innovation Centre as a Summer Resident. Currently, they are working as a Client Relationship Manager at Banook Group, where they are responsible for communicating targets, improving promotional strategies, preparing project proposals, and overseeing marketing campaigns.

In 2009, they obtained a French Baccalaureate from EFIR Ecole Francaise Internationale de Riyad, with a focus on science.
From 2012 to 2015, Rola attended McGill University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell Biology and Anatomy, with a minor in Hispanic Languages.
Rola then pursued further studies at McGill University from 2015 to 2017, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Experimental Medicine.
Subsequently, from 2017 to 2019, Rola attended Concordia University and completed a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
Additionally, they have obtained several certifications. In 2023, Rola acquired the "Verified International Academic Qualifications" certification from the World Education Services. In 2022, they obtained the "Good Clinical Practice (GCP) - Canada" and "Health Canada Division 5 - Drugs For Clinical Trials Involving Human Subjects" certifications from the CITI Program.
