Nattakant Krongpol

Nattakant Krongpol currently serves as Manager of Learning Solution Design at BANPU Public Company Limited, focusing on identifying business needs, designing learning strategies, and evaluating program effectiveness since November 2013. Previous roles at BANPU include Manager of People Capability Development, where Nattakant designed a global leadership development program for high-potential employees, and Section Manager of People Capability Development, overseeing a competency-based learning program. Prior to BANPU, Nattakant worked as a Learning and Development Coordinator at King Prajadhipok's Institute Thailand from January 2010 to October 2013. Nattakant holds a Master of Public Administration in Political Science from Chulalongkorn University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Thammasat University.
