Pabhasiri (Bow) M. has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Pabhasiri (Bow) is currently the Principal - Corporate Venture Capital at BANPU Public Company Limited, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Shopee as the Head of Compliance Operations from April 2021 to April 2023, and as the Head of Corporate Development from May 2018 to March 2021. Before joining Shopee, they worked at Intouchholdings as a Business Development Manager from August 2016 to May 2018, and as a Business Development Specialist from August 2014 to July 2016. Pabhasiri (Bow) began their career at TISCO Financial Group as an Investment/ Portfolio Consultant from 2009 to 2011.

Pabhasiri M., also known as Bow, attended the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
