Moubarack LO currently serves as President of Institut Emergence et Emergence Consulting Group and holds the position of Chercheur associé at Institut Royal des Etudes Stratégiques. With extensive experience in international development, Moubarack LO has been an Expert with the United Nations Development Programme since January 2007 and has contributed as Maire de Niomre, Sénégal, since February 2022. Additionally, roles include Administrator at Banque Atlantique, Expert for African Union and United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, Senior Advisor at Euro-Mediterranean Economists Association, and Principal Consultant Expert at African Center for Economic Transformation.
