With extensive experience at the Banque centrale du Luxembourg, Alexandre has contributed as an economist and project manager in the Market Infrastructure and Payment Systems department, leading initiatives such as the Eurosystem wholesale CBDC experimentation and the VENUS project for digital bonds. Additionally, Alexandre holds roles within the OECD and ABBL, concentrating on digital finance and innovation, while previous positions include consulting for the European Central Bank and BNP Paribas Securities Services. Alexandre's educational credentials include certifications in digital transformation from INSEAD and finance innovation from the Bank for International Settlements.
