Vincent Frechet

Vincent FRECHET is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of External IT Offer Department at Banque de France, a position held since October 2007. Vincent's extensive career at Banque de France also includes roles such as Deputy Head of Digital Workplace Department, Deputy Head of External IT Offer Department, and Deputy Head of Infrastructure Division, among others. Prior to this, Vincent was involved with the CRIP Club as Co-Pilot of the Cloud Computing Working Group from September 2017 to June 2020 and worked as a Network Engineer at PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN from February 1997 to October 2007. Earlier experience includes a position as an application engineer at Carl Zeiss SA. Vincent holds an engineering degree from Isep - École d'ingénieurs du numérique, completed in 1995, and completed secondary education at La Salle - Passy Buzenval in 1990.
