Yasser Fouad Ramadan

Yasser Fouad Ramadan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Yasser most recently worked at Banque du Caire as the Head of IT Governance and Financial Control Management. In this role, they were responsible for establishing and maintaining the IT governance and service management framework, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Before their tenure at du, Yasser worked at Mobinil as a Senior Service Desk Specialist, Senior Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Engineer, and Technical Support Administrator. In these positions, they were involved in providing technical support, managing software and hardware-related issues, and leading teams to achieve customer service excellence.

Additionally, Yasser gained experience as a Team Leader at MOBINIL CUSTOMER SERVICE, where they managed a team, coached team members, and addressed job-related issues.

Yasser'searliest work experience was at American Express, where they served as a Junior Authorizer, responsible for credit card authorization.

Throughout their career, Yasser has demonstrated expertise in IT governance, risk management, service operations, and customer service excellence. Yasser has also been involved in driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Yasser Fouad Ramadan obtained a Bachelor's degree in English commerce from Ain Shams University from 1994 to 1998. Yasser also earned a Microsoft certification, MCSA 2003, from Microsoft in 2005-2006. Yasser holds a B.A in English and Business Administration from Faculty of Commerce-Ain Shams University from 1994 to 1998. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the COBIT® 2019 Foundation Certificate from ISACA in 2021, as well as various other certifications in different fields from LinkedIn, ITIL, and Nexthink between 2013 and 2019.
