Alain Samson

Alain Samson, CFP, FCSI, RRC has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Alain started their career at Edward Jones as a Financial Advisor from November 2005 to March 2008. Alain then worked as a Financial Advisor at CIBC from March 2008 to August 2010. Alain joined RBC Royal Bank as a Financial Planner from August 2010 to October 2011. After that, they served as the VP Sales, Western Canada at Qtrade Financial Group from November 2011 to July 2016. Alain then moved to Franklin Templeton Investments, where they held the position of Vice President Regional Sales from July 2016 to August 2020. Currently, Alain is working as the Regional Vice President at National Bank Investments since August 2020.

Alain Samson, CFP, FCSI, RRC attended Cegep Notre-Dame De Foy from 1995 to 1996. Alain then pursued their undergraduate studies at Université Laval from 1996 to 1999, focusing on Personal Finance/ Marketing. Alain Samson has also obtained additional certifications such as Certified Financial Planner from the Financial Planning Standards Council (FPSC), FCSI - Fellow CSI from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI), and RRC - Registered Retirement Consultant from CIFP.
