Beatrice Hamza Bassey

Beatrice Hamza Bassey is an experienced legal and governance professional currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Vornado Realty Trust and an Independent Board Member at IGT, both since March 2020. Beatrice is also a member of the Board of Directors at Banque Populaire Du Rwanda, where responsibilities include participation in the Audit, Risk, and Remuneration Committees. Additionally, Beatrice holds the position of Chair of the Risk & Compliance Committee at African Banking Corporation of Botswana Limited and Chair of the Board of Directors at Union Bank of Nigeria, with roles on various committees.
