Ali Tahir

Ali Tahir is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Banque Saudi Fransi, Ali leads a team of developers in enhancing the Retail Banking Application and has successfully implemented a logs management solution using Elasticsearch and Kibana. Previously, Ali optimized microservices and enriched the customer payment ecosystem while working at the same bank in the Cards & Payments division. Prior experience includes roles at Systems Limited, where Ali automated licensing processes for the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai and improved telecom product applications for Telenor. Additional freelance work involved developing a codebase parser, and earlier roles included academic support as a Java Teaching Assistant. Ali holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, graduating in 2020.
