Ciaran Bermingham

Ciaran Bermingham is a Vice President at Bansk. Prior to joining Bansk, he was an investment professional at L Catterton, a leading consumer-focused private equity firm. Ciaran began his career at Jefferies in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Ciaran is responsible for theme identification, investment sourcing, transaction execution, and value creation initiatives for Bansk’s partner brands. He has an active role in Bansk’s investments in Arcadia Consumer Healthcare and Woodstream.

Ciaran received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He currently serves as a Director of Arcadia Consumer Healthcare.
