Shailendra has held various senior positions, including Business Head, President, Unit Head, Plant Head, Sr. Vice President- Head of Operations, Assistant Vice President, General Manager - Head Operations, Vice President, General Manager - Dyeing & Processing, Dy General Manager Spinning, Senior Manager Dyeing & Spinning, Assistant Manager, and Management Trainee. Shailendra has worked at companies such as Banswara Syntex Ltd., OCM PRIVATE LIMITED, Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd., OCM INDIA LIMITED, Alps Industries Ltd, and Uniworth Textiles Ltd. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in areas such as operations management, production, quality assurance, product development, and maintenance.

Shailendra Pandey obtained their M. Sc. degree in Textile Chemistry from Sagar University in the years 1991 to 1993. Shailendra later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with specialization in Production and Operation Management from CMJ University, completing it between 2011 and 2013.
