Cătălina Paula Cismaru has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2017, they started working at bant.io as a Campaign Manager, overseeing campaign management activities. Cătălina Paula then moved on to become a Senior Campaign Team Lead in December 2020, gaining more responsibility in leading the campaign team. In August 2021, they were promoted to the position of Director of Campaign Management, where they managed and directed campaign-related operations. By August 2022, they became the Director of Operations at bant.io, overseeing the overall operations of the company. In the same year, they also joined Zopto as an Operations Project Manager and later became the Director of Operations there.
