Eric Behm is a skilled residential lending professional with extensive experience in underwriting. Currently serving as the Residential Lending Underwriting Manager at Banterra Bank since July 2023, Eric's prior roles include Mortgage Underwriter III at First Western Trust from September 2020 to July 2023, Residential Lending Underwriter at Fortis Private Bank from January 2018 to September 2020, and Mortgage Underwriter at FirstBank from May 2014 to December 2017. Additional experience includes underwriting at Pinnacle Mortgage Group, Inc. and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where Eric rapidly gained authority and proficiency in diverse underwriting systems and practices. Eric holds a degree in History from the University of Colorado at Denver, completed between 2006 and 2009.
