Holly Laprade

Holly LaPrade is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, marketing, project management, and journalism. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Banton Construction Company since March 2007, Holly has also held the roles of Marketing Manager and Assistant Project Manager within the same organization. As a Freelance Writer and Rare Disease Advocate for the International FOP Association, Inc. since 1997, Holly actively engages in advocacy and writing projects. Prior experience includes working as a Real Estate Agent at Weichert, Realtors from 2013 to 2015 and serving as a Staff Reporter for the Fairfield Citizen and Westport News from January 2006 to March 2007. Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Quinnipiac University.
