Dave Auld

Dave Auld is an experienced engineering professional specializing in rigging, heavy lift, and transport projects. Currently a Rigging Field Engineer at Bantrel Co. since September 2022, Dave has previously held key positions including Senior Engineer at Lowther-Rolton, Crane Engineer at Bruce Power, and Project Engineer at Sarens Canada. With a background that includes senior roles in various significant projects such as the Kitimat Modernization Project and the Suncor Fort Hills Refinery, Dave possesses extensive expertise in heavy rigging and engineering design. Dave holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University and has accumulated over three decades of experience in engineering and project management within the construction and transportation sectors.
