Laurie Hildebrand

Laurie Hildebrand serves as the General Counsel & Risk Manager at Bantrel Co. since October 2019, having previously held positions as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel. Before joining Bantrel, Laurie worked at Kiewit Corporation from April 2012 to October 2019 as a Project Attorney/Prime Contract Manager, handling legal matters for major projects including oil sands, hydro plants, and pipeline construction. Prior experience includes practicing corporate commercial law at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP and Macleod Dixon LLP, focusing on oil and gas projects and transactions. Laurie earned an LLB at the University of Calgary, a BA in International Relations from The University of British Columbia, and an MA in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from the University of Toronto.
