Mindy Peryk

Mindy Peryk, B.Mgmt, CPHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for Bantrel Co. since September 2023. Previously, Mindy held the position of Head of Human Resources at Rosen Canada Ltd. from January 2014 to September 2023, overseeing all HR functions for both ROSEN Canada Ltd. and ROSEN IPS Canada Ltd. Prior to this, Mindy worked at Aker Solutions from September 2006 to January 2014, first as a Senior Human Resources Advisor and then as Human Resources Manager, delivering HR advisory services for diverse operations in Canada. Earlier roles include Human Resources Advisor and Coordinator, providing HR support in both engineering and fabrication settings, as well as a Human Resources Representative at Canadian Freightways, supporting over 1500 employees across Canada. Mindy’s educational background includes comprehensive leadership training and a Bachelor of Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Lethbridge.
