Marina Ilyushchits has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Starting from 2012, Marina worked as a Marketing Specialist at AIDA Pioneer Group, where they conducted competitor and design research and contributed to creating brand platforms and positioning for clients. In 2013, they joined STA Logistic Ltd as a Marketing Manager, where they planned and executed the marketing budget, organized and promoted offline seminars, and managed contractors. Moving on, Marina worked as an Illustrator at Flo Health Inc. from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined XB Software as a Marketing Manager, where they launched marketing promo campaigns, expanded the partner network, and built partnership relations. More recently, in 2022, Marina worked as a Product Marketing Manager at Tint - Virtual Try-On and currently holds the role of Head of Marketing at Banuba.
