Jessica Rodriguez

Jessica Rodriguez has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Banyan Air Service since July 2007. Previous roles at Banyan Air Service include People Relations Generalist and People Relations Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed new teammate orientations, recruitment processes, employee file management, and benefits administration. Additionally, Jessica held the position of Human Resources Supervisor and acted as the Director of First Impressions, facilitating interactions with visitors and assisting in the hiring process. Prior to Banyan Air Service, Jessica worked as a Sales Lead at Bath & Body Works from May 2005 to July 2007. Jessica is an alumnus of Florida Atlantic University, attending in 2012, and graduated from McArthur High School in 2006.
