Harrish Raj A has work experience in the field of information security. Harrish started working at Banyan Cloud in 2021 as an Information Security Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring cloud security, including penetration testing, monitoring industry standard regulation controls, and mapping security controls for the product. Harrish also worked with various industry controls and participated in governance, risk management, and compliance teams. Harrish ensured product security and compliance with industry standards such as GDPR, NIST Frameworks, PCI DSS, HIPAA, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO/IEC 27701:2019, and ISO/IEC 27002:2022. Harrish engaged with cloud SMEs to test use cases, identify vulnerabilities in different cloud environments, and ensure secure management of cloud IAM. Prior to their role at Banyan Cloud, Harrish worked as a Data Security Consultant where they performed security testing on various use-cases and identified security vulnerabilities in internal organization data. Harrish also worked with the Infrastructure team to assign a DLP Solution to the organization and documented the findings in security vector. Harrish also gained experience as a Cyber Security Intern at Virtually Testing Foundation in 2021.

Harrish Raj A completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software & Engineering from Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Engineering College from 2017 to 2021. Before that, from 2016 to 2017, they completed their HSC degree in Computer Science from St. James Matriculation Higher Secondary School. Prior to that, in 2014 and 2015, they obtained their SSLC degree in Equality Syllabus from St. James Matriculation Higher Secondary School.

Additionally, Harrish Raj A has obtained several certifications in the field of cybersecurity. These include certifications such as Google Cybersecurity Specialization from Coursera, Practical Web Application Security and Testing from TCM Security, Cyber Samurai Program in Cyber Defence from IITJ Technology Innovation and Start-up Center (TISC), and Certified Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst from CyberTraining 365 (GDPR & Cyber Security Training), among others. These certifications were obtained between 2020 and 2023.
